Cancellation Policy

To respect your trainer’s time and keep our schedule running smoothly, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. No-shows will also be charged the full session rate. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the trainer’s discretion.
